In the web browser just change the .html to .swf and it will come up.
You must have the portal downloaded first as this is only an add on.

On the portal for LithiumPSP V1.3 i have made i new flash page just unzip the file into the memory stick root and your good to go,
In the web browser just change the .html to .swf and it will come up.
You must have the portal downloaded first as this is only an add on.
