Where are you saving the video? It should be saved to PSP/VIDEO

[font=Comic Sans MS]What firmware version is running on your PSP? In the later versions, Sony had added better MPEG-4 & H.264 AVC codecs. Make sure the video file is also encoded in MPEG-4 or H.264/MPEG-4 AVC. Once you have confirmed it is in the proper format codec, check the bitrate of the video. If the video bitrate is too low, the PSP won't be able to play it. Also, check the resolution of the video. If the video resolution is too high, the PSP will not play the video file. Did you place the video file in the proper directory? Removable Drive:/PSP/VIDEO If all that checks out & the video still won't play........... chances are it probably won't work.[/font]

if it freezez put ure psp into sleep mode for 2 secs. turn it on press refresh and the download link should appear. it has always worked for me.
